This policy explains what information the Gann 9 app ("the app"), published by CITDates, collects and how it is used. The app does not require an account, and we do not sell your information.
Information the app collects
Usage and crash data. The app uses Google Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to understand how the app is used and to fix problems. This includes which screens are opened, how long the app is used, crash reports, device model, iOS version, app version, and a random identifier created for the app on your device. This data is not linked to your name or email, and it is not used for advertising or to track you across other apps or websites. Market symbols you look up. To show prices and charts, the app requests market data for the symbols you enter from Yahoo Finance. Yahoo receives these requests like any website visit, including your device's IP address. See Yahoo's privacy policy: https://policies.yahoo.com
Information that stays on your device
Watchlists and settings are stored on your device. If you turn on iCloud sync for watchlists, they are stored in your own iCloud account by Apple. We cannot see them.
AI Analyze summaries are created on your device by Apple Intelligence. The readings and the summary are not sent to us or to any other server.
Purchases and subscriptions
Gann 9 Pro subscriptions and in-app purchases are handled entirely by Apple. We do not receive your name, payment details, or Apple ID. Apple only tells the app whether a subscription or purchase is active. You can manage or cancel your subscription in Settings › your name › Subscriptions.
Children
The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Your choices
You can stop all data collection by deleting the app. To ask about or request deletion of data collected through Firebase, contact us at the address below.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this address with a new effective date.
